Course Description

Develop strategic understanding of port asset portfolio planning, capacity utilisation and lifecycle/CAPEX management.

Outcomes

Participants will be able to evaluate asset criticality and performance data to support strategic investment and maintenance decisions for port infrastructure.

Requirements

Basic understanding of maritime terminology, port/terminal operations, cargo-handling processes, and the UAE maritime industry, with the ability to understand basic operational data and KPIs; no prior professional maritime experience is required.
