Outcomes

1. Demonstrate safe and effective oil tanker cargo operations through realistic simulator scenarios.
2. Apply cargo system knowledge, risk assessment, and pollution-prevention practices during simulated operations.
3. Manage abnormal and emergency situations using appropriate operational procedures and decision-making.
4. Demonstrate effective cargo planning, monitoring, and control during simulated tanker operations.
5. Human Factors: Apply situational awareness, communication, teamwork, and decision-making to enhance safe operational performance.
