Consolidate learning across the programme to develop integrated decision-making capability spanning ships, ports and supply chains.

Outcomes

Participants will be able to apply integrated maritime and port management principles to strategic, safety, cost, efficiency, sustainability and stakeholdermanagement scenarios through a capstone case study.

SOLAS; ISM; STCW; ISPS; MARPOL; IMDG; BWM Convention; IMO/ILO guidance.

Requirements

Basic understanding of maritime terminology, port/terminal operations, cargo-handling processes, and the UAE maritime industry, with the ability to understand basic operational data and KPIs; no prior professional maritime experience is required.
