Course Description

This Train the Trainer module provides participants with the essential skills to design, facilitate, and deliver effective learning experiences. The course covers adult learning principles, learning zones, facilitation techniques, communication styles, storytelling, and Transactional Analysis, helping trainers create engaging, learner-centered sessions that drive participation, understanding, and behavior change.
